Recently the article directory, Ehow.com sent me an email stating that they would be eliminating there traditional log in and replacing it with Facebook’s login. This shows how dominate and powerful Facebook has become!
I got this message below from them:
We have some exciting news to share about eHow.com. Beginning in February 2011, Facebook Login will be the exclusive means for login to the site. You’ll be able to use your new or existing Facebook username and password to connect with the eHow community. We’ll also be removing eHow member profiles to help you streamline friend lists and eliminate the work of managing multiple online accounts.
Seriously, Facebook is almost becoming the entire face of the internet!
I am seeing more & more websites, community sites such as forums, and article directory sites using this as a option to log in to your account. And some like EHOW are adopting the Facebook log in as the primary login method.
Its becoming crazy how Facebook is taking control of the web. Maybe in a few decades we won’t be talking about getting on the internet anymore and will be dedicated to Facebook!
